For the renewal of a trade license, you’ll need:

To apply for a new visa in the UAE, you’ll require:

  • A completed and signed visa application form.
  • A copy of your passport with at least 7 months of validity and 3 blank pages.
  • Documents demonstrating your current visa status.
  • Copies of the valid company license and Establishment/Immigration card.
  • A signed employment contract.
  • If applicable, a copy of your attested and translated university degree.
  • Passport photographs with white backgrounds — the passport size and resolution must comply with regulations.

For a visa renewal in the UAE, gather together the following documents and information:

  • A signed visa application form.
  • A copy of your passport with at least 7 months of validity and 3 blank pages, along with the UAE residence visa.
  • The original medical fitness test report showing negative results.not required
  • Copies of the Emirates ID card renewal registration form, valid company license, and Establishment/Immigration card.
  • A signed employment contract.
  • If applicable, a copy of your attested and translated university degree.

The processing time for license renewal is typically two to seven working days, while a new visa application can take between two and six weeks. A visa renewal takes between five and 15 working days. However, these timeframes are approximate and may vary.

Processing a dependant’s visa application usually takes around one to three weeks. However, this timeframe is approximate and may vary depending on various factors. Expedited processing may be possible, but visa issuance can still be subject to delays or rejection due to Government security approvals.

To change your company’s name, you must first propose a new name and obtain approval from the relevant licensing authority or jurisdiction. Once the new name is approved, you’ll need to publish a legal notice of the name change in a local newspaper. Additionally, you must submit signed amendment forms along with all original company documents.

To sell your company, you’ll need pre-approval from immigration for the new owner. Return all original company documents and ensure both buyer and seller sign the sale of shares forms. To apply for a dependant’s visa, gather together the following documents:

  • Signed residence visa application form for the dependant.
  • Copies of the sponsor’s valid passport and UAE residence visa.
  • Copy of the dependant’s valid passport.
  • Documents proving current visa status.
  • Sponsor’s original Emirates ID card.
  • Original EJARI registration certificate or tenancy agreement showing sponsor as tenant/owner.
  • Sponsor’s original salary certificate.
  • Original marriage certificate of the sponsor, attested and translated if not in English or Arabic.
